In the global debate over the future of Africans and many issues facing the continent, African voices are often missing from the chorus. Africans abroad know the daily struggles that face their families and communities back home. In response, there is a growing effort by Africans in the Diaspora to address vital issues. However, these projects often lack key funds and exposure.
Your contribution makes it possible for us to mentor and financially assist emerging African leaders abroad who are returning to their home countries to establish charitable projects that encourage progress in the community.
The 2009 winner of the Forward Ever Backward Never Fund will be recognized at THE FINALE Benefit Gala & Awards Show in October 2009. The fund is made up of private and corporate donations throughout the year.
